An iconic 5-star hotel in Hampshire is looking for a motivated Commis Pastry Chef to join their award-winning pastry kitchen. With a reputation for exquisite dining and world-class service, this is an exciting chance to develop your skills in a truly exceptional environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the pastry chefs with the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Upholding consistency and precision in every dish that leaves the kitchen
- Playing an active part in the smooth day-to-day running of the pastry section
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a pastry kitchen
- Previous experience within a 4 or 5-star environment is essential
- A genuine enthusiasm for pastry, creativity, and learning new skills
- Be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen
