With a philosophy rooted in sustainability, seasonality and a deep respect for provenance, this is a kitchen where pastry is treated as a true craft. They are now looking for a talented Pastry Senior Chef De Partie to join their close-knit team of 8, creating refined, ingredient-led desserts that reflect the rhythm of its surrounding landscape.
Responsibilities
- Crafting elegant, seasonal desserts inspired by produce grown and harvested on site. Working closely with a dedicated pastry team of 8, contributing ideas and maintaining exceptional standards. Supporting the development of new menus that celebrate natural flavours and thoughtful presentation. Maintaining precision and consistency across all pastry sections. Embracing a culture of learning, refinement and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Due to the rural location, access to your own reliable transport is highly beneficial. You will need the right to work in the UK to be suitable for this role.
