Operations & Compliance Officer

National Network Logistics (NNL) is seeking an organised, proactive Operations Planner & Compliance Officer to support our growing network of drivers and logistics operations.

This is a varied role combining operational planning, driver support, and compliance management. You'll be responsible for ensuring resources are effectively coordinated while maintaining high standards of compliance across our driver network.

You will be working across all stages of the process, from driver recruitment through to client communications.

We are looking for someone with a positive, proactive attitude who takes ownership of their work, is eager to learn. The right candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards while supporting the team and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating daily operational requirements
• Managing driver onboarding and compliance processes
• Assisting with operational problem-solving and service delivery
• Liaising with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Experience in Logistics, Warehousing / similar environments is a bonus
• Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple online systems
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new software and digital platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information securely

Preferred (Not Essential)

• Understanding of logistics and/or courier operations

• Experience in administration
