The Role

You’ll lead on all aspects of exam administration and support the school’s data processes, working with senior leaders, heads of department and external exam boards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing exam entries, timetables and withdrawals (GCSE and, where relevant, post-16)

• Coordinating exam-day logistics, invigilation arrangements and rooming

• Supporting access arrangements processes and compliance paperwork

• Liaising with exam boards and ensuring deadlines are met

• Maintaining secure storage, distribution and collection of exam materials

• Producing internal assessment and reporting outputs for school leaders
