Job Description
- Develop and implement corporate strategies to drive business growth and expansion within the healthcare sector.
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic objectives with business goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present detailed business cases and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Development Director should have:
- Proven expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and financial modelling.
- A strong background in the healthcare industry or related fields.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to drive complex projects from concept to execution.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or healthcare management.
- A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
