This US law firm has a (predominately) high-end borrower/ investor focused real estate finance offering which services pan-European matters. The firm is one of the strongest names in global real estate and, unusually for a US law firm in London, also has leading teams in both PERE and “dirt” real estate.
The REF team undertakes a mixture of portfolio deals, refinancings, some structured products and large single asset purchases on behalf of alternative funds, family offices and real estate entities. The team is highly nimble often accessing and connecting sources of capital to off-market investments and then securing and structuring mezzanine and senior financing.
The firm is keen to reinforce its success with an additional investor-focused real estate finance partner with strong self-belief.
