Premises Manager - Birmingham - January 2026
Are you an experienced Premises Manager seeking a new challenge within a school environment from January 2026?
Wayman Education is recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham school that is seeking a knowledgeable Premises Manager to oversee all aspects of site management. This includes maintenance planning, compliance, contractor coordination, and supporting the leadership team with premises strategy.
The successful Premises Manager will ensure the school remains a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment that supports learning and staff wellbeing.
