HR Administrator - Birmingham - January 2026

A large and well-established 11–18 secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Administrator to join its busy and friendly administration team from January 2026 .

About the Role

Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support all areas of HR operations across the school, including:

• Recruitment administration (advertising, shortlisting packs, scheduling interviews)
• Processing pre-employment checks and maintaining single central record compliance
• Managing staff documentation, absence records and training logs
• Handling day-to-day HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality
• Supporting induction processes for new staff
• Liaising with payroll and safeguarding leads where required

This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a large school community.
