The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be an experienced MFL teacher with a proven track record of success.
• Have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Be passionate about promoting languages and cultural understanding.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hold a formal teaching qualification and QTS (i.e., PGCE).
• Be legally able to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MFL department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement innovative and engaging MFL curriculum plans.
• Mentor and support MFL teachers, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
• Promote the study of foreign languages and cultural awareness across the school.
