About our Nursery
Join our exceptional team at Busy Bees Nottingham University, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 96 children. Our nursery features five warm and welcoming base rooms, each designed to provide a stimulating environment for children to grow and develop during their early years. Each room has its own dedicated Astro Turf outdoor area, surrounded by trees and wildlife, allowing children to explore nature and engage in outdoor play.Our long-standing staff team is dedicated to going above and beyond, ensuring that every child in our care receives the best possible start in life. Conveniently located on the Nottingham University campus, close to the QMC hospital, our nursery offers easy access for families and staff alike.If you are passionate about early childhood education and want to be part of a supportive and caring team, we would love to welcome you to Busy Bees Nottingham University!

Role Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
