Finance Assistant

We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join the Finance Team at Clitheroe Royal Grammar School as a Finance Assistant. As a large Single Academy Trust we are committed to providing an outstanding education for our students while ensuring our support services operate efficiently and effectively. The Finance Team plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the school, supporting colleagues across both sites and helping to ensure resources are managed responsibly.

We are seeking to appoint a conscientious, organised and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to support a wide range of financial processes. Experience of working within a busy finance or administrative environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment

Working alongside the Senior Finance Assistant, Finance and Payroll Officer and the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of financial services across the whole school. This varied role offers the opportunity to develop knowledge and experience across a range of finance functions and would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
