The Role: Beauty Sales Assistant
This is luxury beauty at its most personal. As a Beauty Sales Assistant at Flannels, you're the face of the counter, the trusted advisor, the reason customers book a return visit. From a first-time fragrance discovery to a full skincare consultation, you'll create beauty experiences that feel considered, expert, and unmistakably luxurious.

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage every customer with confidence and warmth, delivering a best-in-class welcome.
- Offer expert advice across skincare, makeup, and fragrance, with recommendations that feel personal.
- Demonstrate product application and support beauty consultations or services where applicable.
- Bring brand activations, events, and promotions to life, encouraging trial and discovery.
- Stay sharp on product knowledge, new launches, and the latest beauty trends.
- Keep counters and displays fully stocked, immaculate, and visually inspiring.
- Step in to support tills or other departments to keep the customer journey seamless.
- Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention.
- Follow health and safety standards at all times.
- Represent Flannels and our beauty brand partners to the highest standard, in service and in presentation.
