Need help preparing home-cooked meals for the week
I'm looking for someone to help with preparing daily meals for myself and my partner. We have basic kitchen basics and a small freezer, and I’d like two to three meals prepped per day for the week. Preference for healthy, balanced options and simple recipes that reheat well. We can provide a grocery list and any dietary restrictions (vegetarian options, no nuts, low-sodium). Ideally, the helper can batch-cook, portion into containers, label them, and leave clear reheating instructions. Availability to come in the late morning or early afternoon would be great. Basic kitchen cleanliness and food safety knowledge required.
