Full time or Part time I’m currently working with a leading national law firm looking to hire an experienced Risk Lawyer into its established Risk & Compliance function. It’s a broad advisory role covering partnership governance, client terms, professional regulation and wider commercial risk. The Role
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
• Previous law firm risk management experience
• Strong understanding of SRA regulation and professional conduct
• Experience advising on contractual arrangements within a law firm environment
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Able to manage competing priorities and give practical, solutions-focused advice What's in it for you?

- SRA Standards & Regulations, Principles and Codes of Conduct, alongside wider professional regulatory matters
- Client engagement terms, Outside Counsel Guidelines, panel terms and framework agreements
- Supplier agreements and other commercial documentation
- Firm-wide policies and procedures
- Strategic and operational risk matters
- Regulatory queries and engagement with relevant professional bodies
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
• Previous law firm risk management experience
