- Managing our bespoke mortgage CRM (Active CRM) - checking, updating and keeping records accurate, and coordinating data in Excel
- Handling incoming leads and website enquiries, booking appointments into advisers' diaries
- Answering calls and client queries as a warm, professional first point of contact
- Collating client files and inputting information accurately into the CRM
- Preparing financial information, sending invoices and chasing payments as required
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, insurers and introducers
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration and compliance paperwork
- Organising tasks and tracking progress to keep applications moving
- Planning and arranging company events
- Finding creative ways to support the business and its directors
- Handling sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality Social Media & Marketing (part of the role)
- Creating, scheduling and managing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
