Our client, a leading international financial services group, is seeking an Engagement and Communications Senior Manager to join their People & Culture team. This is a key role responsible for driving employee engagement, internal communications, culture initiatives, and listening programmes across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will deliver impactful campaigns, engagement surveys, and communication strategies that enhance the employee experience. The successful candidate will bring experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR, or marketing within a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. Strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and digital communication skills are essential.
