• Training:  Full training + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care 
• Re quired: Full UK driving licence and access to a car to get to the remote location

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team, supporting three wonderful ladies to live full and active lives. While previous experience is desirable, what matters most is your patience, encouragement, and willingness to get involved. One of the ladies has a vibrant and lively personality, so confidence and a calm approach are important. You will support them to enjoy their hobbies and interests, whether that’s visiting local farms, relaxing in cafés, joining community clubs, or going swimming. This is a great opportunity for someone with energy, compassion, and a real “get up and go” attitude who is passionate about making a difference every day.
