Salary: £14.72 per hour

Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 05:00-19:00

Location: Eagle Industrial Estate, Tipton, DY4 7BS

Position:

Reporting to: Depot Manager

Our drivers are the face of First Fence, you are the final link in the customer journey and key to ensuring that our customers receive a 5 star service each and every time.

Operational Responsibilities:

· Timely and accurate collections/delivery of products throughout the UK whilst adhering to road safety regulations.

· Carry out pre/post vehicle inspections / cleanliness

· Follow and comply with all H&S practices, policies and procedures.

· Load and unloading of goods as requested, ensuring proper handling care.

· Ability to handle physical demands of offloading goods.

· Previous experience of loading and securing products while transporting.

· Computer and mobile literate

How you do it:

· Valid C1 licence and Tachograph cards.

· No DD, DR's, IN's, TT's.

· Previous experience preferred.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Valid Class 2 HGV Driving Licence (held for a minimum of 1 year)

· Valid UK Driver CPC Card.

· Valid UK Digital Tachograph Card.

· Strong working knowledge and understanding of UK Driving Hours rules.

· Physical fitness and strength
