As a Behaviour Support professional, you will work closely with students who require additional support to manage their behaviour and engagement in school. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviours, supporting emotional regulation and helping pupils access learning in a meaningful way. Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs * Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies * Support students in developing coping strategies and emotional regulation skills * Work collaboratively with teaching staff to maintain a positive learning environment * Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils * Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour Requirements: * Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs is desirable * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A calm, patient and resilient approach * Ability to remain consistent and proactive in challenging situations * A genuine commitment to supporting student wellbeing and development This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a Sheffield school and support young people in reaching their potential.
