The Opportunity

ECT Induction & Support

Timetable: A guaranteed 10% reduced teaching load in Year 1 to facilitate research, peer observation, and professional reflection.
Development: Specialised workshops on GCSE moderation, financial modelling for younger learners, and engaging KS3 introductory schemes of work.
Requirements & Salary
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree (Business, Finance, or Economics).
