Press Brake Programmer / Setter

Location: Westhoughton

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Are you an experienced Press Brake Programmer / Setter?

Can you read engineering drawings and confidently set up press brake machinery?

We’re recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Programmer / Setter to join a busy manufacturing environment producing high-quality sheet metal components for the roofing and cladding industry.

The Role

Programme, set, and operate press brake machines
Read and work from engineering/fabrication drawings
Set tooling, back gauges, and bend sequences
Carry out quality checks and produce parts to specification
Work efficiently to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For

Previous press brake programming and setting experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Manufacturing/shopfloor experience
Strong attention to detail and quality

Desirable

AMADA press brake experience
Sheet metal, roofing, or cladding background

Hours & Overtime

Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:30pm
Regular overtime available
Time and one-third after 40 hours
Double time on Sundays
