Class 2 Driver

Here at GXO South Normanton (DE55 2DT), we're looking for a Class 2 Driver to join our team. You'll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, contracted to 50 hours per week , Monday to Friday, with start times from 4:00 am .

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Carry out Multidrop deliveries to retail stores and distribution points
• Ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods, providing excellent customer service at every drop
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service during all deliveries
• Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding any delays, issues, or changes during journeys
• Perform vehicle checks and keeping accurate delivery records
• Performing occasional warehouse duties as needed

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full EU driving licence with category C+E entitlement
• ADR licence with tanks. All classes except 1 and 7 required
• A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
