The Belong at Home domiciliary service delivers bespoke packages of care and support, whether in a customer’s home within the community or within one of our village apartments.
As a Senior Community Support Worker you will assist the Manager with the day to day running of the service. This will include;
- administrative tasks, rotas and care co-ordination.
- Reviewing Care Plans
- administration duties, support plan reviews.
- Customer assessments,
- Driving Licence and the flexibility to cover on the on-call rota is essential for this post.
Hours - Variable
Salary £14.45 per hour (30 hpw)
45p per mile & paid travel time
