Our client is seeking an Administrator, Corporate Actions to join their operations team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of dividends, corporate actions, shareholder meetings and related events. The role involves preparing client notifications, issuing and monitoring instructions, liaising with custodians and fund administrators, and reconciling entitlements to ensure internal records remain accurate. You will respond promptly to client queries, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues where required. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and numerical skills, produce professional written communications, and be confident using Outlook, Excel and Word. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual keen to develop their knowledge and pursue relevant industry qualifications.
