- Preparation, submission and updating of Streetworks notices in compliance with current legislation.
- Monitor client systems to deliver client specific requirements if required.
- Communicate with operational staff to identify critical areas of client delivery.
- Receive and record data onto work management systems.
- Supply updates to clients in various forms of communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Update management systems within specified timescales and deliverables within the contract requirements.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure all projects have the appropriate paperwork and notices in place for works to begin.
- Skills and Experience:
- Preparation, submission and updating of Streetworks notices/Permits in compliance with current legislation.
- Monitor client systems to deliver client specific requirements if required.
- Receive and record data onto work management systems.
- Update management systems within specified timescales and deliverables within the contract requirements
- Work with project mangers/Supervisors on the progress of works
- Apply for traffic management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or community relations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Capability to generate reports and analyze feedback data.
