Assistant Destination Manager (Assistant Shore Excursion Manager) required for Windstar Cruises!

We are looking for a Assistant Destination Manager (Assistant Shore Excursion Manager) to join Windstar Cruises! Summary: The Assistant Destination Manager is available to support the Destination Manager in order to deliver a high quality Shore Excursion program and achieve revenue targets and ratings. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -Deliver the highest possible quality of destination engagement on board. - Assist in the delivery of the shore excursions on board for individual guests and groups - Attend the destination talk on each port of call each evening - Sell shore excursions, private cars, and act as concierge when needed -Suggest tours to match guest with expectation -Escort tours on a daily basis to make sure it is matching the published descriptions and ensure the highest possible service quality. - Prepare and maintain tour escort packs. -Coordinate embarkation and disembarkation, including dispatch of transfers and tours. Requirements: STCW 4-Part Basic Training DSD (Seafarers with Designated Security Duties) Experienced public speaker Must have ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a highly diverse environment and able to execute operational imperatives in a swift and demanding environment.6 /2 rotation Salary paid per month worked + Incentive Scheme Please apply today to be considered for this exciting opportunity!
