Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating internal and external examinations across all year groups
Managing exam timetables, room allocations, and staffing requirements
Registering candidates and submitting entries to examination boards
Preparing examination materials and ensuring compliance with regulations
Overseeing the conduct of exams and supporting pupils during assessments
Maintaining accurate records and filing documentation for audits
Liaising with staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies regarding exams
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in exam administration, ideally within a school
Demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management skills
Be meticulous and detail-oriented
Have strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Be confident using school management systems and Microsoft Office
Understand exam regulations and procedures
