Key responsibilities will include:

- Building and managing the annual regional training plan
- Managing the regional L&D budget and ensuring learning investment is prioritised effectively
- Deploying regional learning programmes and adapting global programmes to the regional context
- Supporting learning design and programme development based on business and capability requirements
- Leading L&D transformation and change activity across the region
- Driving adoption of the Oracle / EARTH Learning module, including system usage, data accuracy, reporting and learning administration standards
- Using learning data and insight to monitor engagement, performance, learning impact and areas for improvement
- Supporting regional initiatives across AI, digital capability and future skills
- Promoting continuous learning, responsible innovation, communities of practice and responsible AI use
- Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to ensure learning activity supports performance, engagement, succession and capability development
- Contributing to Group-level consolidated reporting and KPIs
- Travel across EURA regions will be required
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong Learning & Development experience, ideally gained within an international, regional or multi-country environment.
You will bring a practical and business-focused approach to L&D, with the ability to turn business priorities into clear learning plans, capability programmes and workforce development activity.
You will ideally have:
- 7–10 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Capability Development or a similar role
- Experience working in an international, regional or multi-country environment, ideally within engineering, consulting, infrastructure, construction, operations or another technical environment
- Experience building and managing annual learning plans aligned to business priorities
- Strong business partnering skills, with experience working directly with HRDs, HR teams, senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Experience designing, deploying or managing learning programmes across multiple audiences
- A good understanding of AI, digital transformation, future skills or workforce transformation
- Experience using a Learning Management System, HR system or learning technology to manage learning activity, reporting and data quality
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure learning activity, engagement and impact
- Strong change management capability, particularly around adoption of digital tools, learning systems or transformation initiatives
- The ability to bring structure to complex requirements across multiple countries and translate them into clear plans and deliverables
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Learning or EARTH would be beneficial. Additional European language capability would also be advantageous.
