School of Coding & AI is one of the fastest growing education providers, delivering high quality, career focused programmes across Coding, AI, STEM, Health and Social Care, Business and related areas.

We deliver Higher Education programmes in partnership with the University of Wolverhampton, Harper Adams University and the University of Brighton. About the Role
We’re looking for a Disability & Accessibility Advisor to join our growing Student Support team, with a January 2027 start date .
You’ll work directly with students to understand their individual needs, provide practical guidance and help remove barriers that may affect their education and student experience.
This is a student-facing role where your work will have a direct impact on how confident, included and supported students feel throughout their time with us. The role will include weekend working , so applicants must be comfortable working weekends as part of their regular working pattern.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with students to understand their individual support needs.
- Advise students on reasonable adjustments and accessibility support.
- Support students with applications and guidance around Disables Students’ Allowance (DSA).
- Develop and review personalised support plans.
- Work with academic and support teams to put agreed adjustments in place.
- Act as an advocate for students and help ensure their needs are understood.
- Provide guidance around accessibility, inclusion and available support.
- Make referrals to internal and external services where appropriate.
- Keep accurate and confidential student records.
- Support the development and implementation of accessibility processes and frameworks.
- Contribute to workshops, drop-ins and student events focused on accessibility and inclusion.
Requirements
About You
- Experience in disability support, accessibility, student services or a similar role.
- Approachable, empathetic and confident working with students.
- Knowledge of reasonable adjustments, accessibility and inclusive practice.
- Organised and comfortable managing individual student cases.
- A strong communicator who can work effectively with students and colleagues.
- Proactive, practical and solutions-focused.
- Willing and able to work weekends as part of the role.
- Available to start in January 2027.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
