Protocol Education is recruiting for a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker to join a specialist education setting in North Bradford, supporting children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), SEND, autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs. Your role As a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker, you'll: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH, SEND and additional needsBuild positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence and engagementSupport pupils who have experienced exclusion or find mainstream education challengingHelp children develop emotional regulation, resilience and positive behavioursEncourage participation in lessons and school activitiesWork alongside teachers, pastoral teams, SENCOs and other professionals to provide consistent supportCreate a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels safe and valued Every day brings something different, but every day offers the chance to make a lasting impact.
