Do you have experience in care or are you looking for that new challenge?
We are looking for local people who are passionate about providing an outstanding level of care and going the extra mile for our residents. And we currently have x6 vacancies working 34.5 hours per week over 3 shifts.
About The Role
The ideal candidate must be flexible in working all shifts.
It might not be that you have any paid experience providing care to others however you may have looked after and given care to a friend or family member. It would be desirable if you have an NVQ2 or working towards it. If not, don’t worry, we can provide you with all the training that you need in our induction scheme and through our buddying scheme when you start in our home.
Working for an established care provider like Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly new starter company induction with all new joiners from all of our homes. We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, provide you with regular training and maybe even spoil you with cake from time to time!
As well as the above we also have:
- Annual Ashmere Awards Ceremony
- Welcome aboard bonus
- Discretionary Attendance Bonus
- Refer a Friend Scheme
- Pension
- Ongoing Training and Development
- Staff Incentives
- Growth and carer progression
- Employee of the month recognition
