Are you a Residential Conveyancer ready to step into a role with real variety, autonomy, and support?
Join a long-established, full-service law firm with a genuine people-first culture and a strong reputation across the North West. You’ll be based in the Chester office, managing a varied caseload of residential property matters with the support of a dedicated assistant.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team. This is a role where you’re truly trusted and supported to thrive. With hybrid working and progression opportunities, it’s a great next move for a conveyancer who values quality, service and balance.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 2–5 years’ experience (or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
- Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion
- Great communication and client care skills
- Experience in business development or marketing (Desirable)
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Supervisory experience (desirable, not essential)
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a caseload of 50+ residential property matters
- Deal with sales, purchases, lease extensions, transfers, mortgages, and high-value matters
- Work closely with an assistant for admin and file support
- Liaise with clients, referrers, agents and colleagues across four North West offices
- Contribute to business development and marketing activities
- Potential to support or supervise junior colleagues as the team grows
