You’ll be working full-time, supporting children with autism to thrive in a warm, inclusive environment where every small win is a big deal. What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism. Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to create a safe, structured and joyful learning environment. Helping children develop communication, social and emotional skills — and celebrating every step they take. Bringing positivity, patience and practical strategies to your role, every single day. What we’re looking for: Someone with experience supporting children with SEND, especially autism (school-based experience is a plus).
