Management Accountant

Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE) Accountant to join a tech company with an immediate start for a 3 month contract with potential to extend. This person must have used NetSuite. This is a fully remote role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident working independently and has strong month-end accounting experience across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end close process for a group of companies, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare, review, and post month-end journals.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Support the production of monthly management accounts.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve accounting queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls.
Requirements
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE).
- Proven experience managing month-end close for multiple companies.
- Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
