Gilead Sciences seeks a Director of Content Operations to lead day-to-day operations of Agency G, its in-house creative agency. The role translates strategic direction into disciplined execution across global marketing content, optimizing workflows, governance, and technology while serving internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead global marketing content operations, including intake, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery tracking
- Shape and improve Agency G's end-to-end operating model from campaign planning through performance learning
- Establish operational connections between brand teams, markets, creative partners, and enabling functions
- Define and manage service levels, turnaround times, quality standards, and escalation pathways
- Identify AI and automation opportunities; oversee responsible application of marketing technology solutions
Requirements
- Senior operational leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional teams and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into repeatable, scalable processes and execution
- Experience with regulated industry environments, compliance frameworks, and governance implementation
- Proficiency in marketing technology, resource management systems, and AI/automation oversight
- Strong stakeholder management skills across global, regional, and local markets
- Change management and process improvement expertise with measurable business impact
