FLT Reach Truck Driver - Northampton, West Midlands
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Northampton, Northamptonshire.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an FLT Operator, FLT Driver or Forklift Truck Operative.
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Friday
* Mandatory rotating shifts:
* 2 weeks AM: 06:00 - 14:00
* 2 weeks PM: 14:00 - 22:00 Applicants must be available to work both AM and PM shifts as part of the rotation. Rates of Pay * Basic rate: £15.12 per hour
* Overtime rate: £22.26 per hour Benefits As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will receive: * Ongoing full-time work

* Ongoing training and development opportunities Day-to-Day Duties As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include, but are not limited to: * Operating an FLT Reach Truck safely and efficiently
* Carrying out pre-use inspections and reporting any faults
* Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets
* Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
* Unpacking and storing incoming deliveries
* Organising stock ready for dispatch
* Moving pallets and goods around the warehouse as required
* Supporting general warehouse operations when required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following all site health and safety procedures Essential Skills To be successful as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need: * Proven experience operating an FLT Reach Truck
* Confidence working within a busy warehouse environment
* Good spatial awareness
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good communication and organisational skills
* A reliable and self-motivated attitude
* Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of warehouse tasks
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
