As a VNA Operative , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
* Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
* Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
* Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
* Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
* Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency. What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
✔ Previous warehouse experience
✔ Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
✔ Experience using stock management systems
✔ Valid FLT Licence (VNA experience desirable)
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
