GE HealthCare seeks a Modality Manager for Molecular Imaging to lead strategy, sales, and marketing for PET-CT, nuclear medicine, and radiopharmacy across the UK and Ireland. The role involves managing sales specialists, developing localized marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and driving growth in orders, revenues, and market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual targets for orders, revenues, and margin
- Define local modality portfolio strategy including pricing, positioning, and configuration management
- Manage and coach modality sales specialists; coordinate tender responses and customer priorities
- Analyze local market conditions and communicate market intelligence to international marketing team
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, radiology practices, and imaging centers
Requirements
- Extensive experience in medtech sales or marketing with proven track record
- Mandatory experience selling nuclear medicine or molecular imaging products
- Minimum technical knowledge and understanding of MRI
- Strategic thinking and strong selling or negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Leadership and coaching experience managing teams
- Fluent English
