Job Description:

An opportunity has opened for a Façade Consultant to join an expanding team in Manchester, working across a broad range of façade, cladding, curtain walling, and building envelope projects.

This position would suit someone with previous experience in a façade consultancy or specialist building envelope consultancy, who is comfortable providing technical input, reviewing design information, and supporting projects through different stages of delivery.

The role offers the chance to be involved in varied and technically engaging projects, with the opportunity to develop further within a specialist façade environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultancy support across façade, cladding, curtain walling, and building envelope projects.
  
• Review drawings, reports, specifications, and design information to support successful project delivery.
  
• Attend client, design, and site meetings, providing clear technical input where required.
  
• Assist with project delivery across multiple stages, from early design through to completion.
  Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience working within a façade consultancy or specialist building envelope consultancy.
    
  • Strong understanding of façade systems, including cladding, curtain walling, and external envelope packages.
    
  • Confident reviewing technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
    
  • Strong communication, technical, and project coordination skills.
