Leading facilities management provider is renowned for delivering world-class services across diverse sectors, including education, healthcare, and government. Now, they are seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to lead their strategic Dublin operation, ensuring seamless delivery of critical services within a landmark higher-education environment.

About you
- Significant experience managing large-scale Facilities Management contracts, particularly PPP/PFI environments (preferred)
- Strong operational knowledge of Hard FM and Soft FM services, including HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and energy management
- Proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and outsourced service providers
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills
- Demonstrable experience in budget management, contractual KPIs, and performance improvement
- Full understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management requirements
What you'll do
- Lead the effective delivery of integrated facilities management services across the project, ensuring contractual and statutory compliance
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, including managers, technicians, and service partners
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, presenting innovative solutions to enhance service delivery
- Oversee asset lifecycle management and coordinate emergency response and incident management procedures
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through regular reviews and reporting
