* Is passionate about inspiring students through creative and practical learning
* Has excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* Can create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Is committed to supporting students of all abilities
* Has strong subject knowledge across Design Technology and practical skills
* Can inspire students to develop confidence in designing, creating, and evaluating products
