* Undertake comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy assessments across acute and community settings.
* Assess, diagnose, and treat adults with a range of communication disorders.
* Conduct specialist dysphagia assessments and develop appropriate management plans.
* Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment programmes.
* Deliver targeted communication and swallowing interventions based on patient needs and goals.
* Provide training and education to healthcare professionals, carers, patients, and external agencies.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
* Supervise and support Speech and Language Therapy students and therapy assistants.
* Produce detailed clinical reports and maintain accurate and timely patient records.
* Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and service development initiatives.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality Speech and Language Therapy services. Essential requirements: * Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
* Current HCPC registration.
* Previous experience working with adults within Speech and Language Therapy.
* Experience managing a specialist caseload independently.
* Experience assessing and managing communication disorders and dysphagia.
* Ability to develop and deliver evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
* Strong communication, clinical reasoning, organisational, and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
