Oversee US payroll compliance through the PEO, including federal and state payroll tax, SUTA and 401(k) administration.
Maintain robust payroll controls, policies and documented procedures, keeping abreast of legislative changes in both jurisdictions.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Act as the main point of contact for employee payroll queries, delivering a high standard of service.
Produce regular payroll reporting and management information for Finance, HR and senior stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits, preparing reconciliations and supporting documentation as required.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve processes, controls, automation and the employee payroll experience.
