Training Coordinator

Job description

We are seeking a Training Coordinator for our Client, based in Mallusk.

Responsibilities

• Proactive management of training matrix including planning, recording and validation of training
• Ensuring compliance to legislative and audit requirements
• Custodian of training records
• Producing reports as required
• Monitoring and updating associated budget trackers and managing submissions for training grants/accreditation and any related audits
• Support wider business needs through attendance and actions from site meetings/initiatives/improvement projects

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience of leading L&D strategy in FMCGs
• Knowledge and experience in content creation and CIPD certificate or planning to acquire one
• Previous experience in a Training coordinaton or a similar HR focused role
• Highly IT Literate with a working knowledge of Windows to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong administrative and basic project management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience in working within an FMCG, financial or engineering environment
