Business Development Manager

£30k per annum

Business Development Executive, SaaS into the US Market, £30,000 Basic, realistic Year One OTE of £47K (circa £55K for best performers) and £70K OTE in Year Two and beyond.Office based in Leeds. Selling into the North American market (US and Canada) and the hours are 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM each day , with an earlier leaving time on a Friday. If you are a night owl who wants to be a high earner (and not work weekends) then this one is for you.

Our client is a rapidly growing European SaaS powerhouse (55-strong in the Leeds HQ), and we are looking for Business Development Executives/ Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help them conquer the North American market.

Because they’re selling into the US and Canada, your working hours are 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM (with an earlier finish every Friday). Say goodbye to morning rush-hour traffic and hello to a schedule that actually fits your lifestyle.

The Rewards

  • Base Salary of £30,000

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need prior software experience to break into SaaS here. We are just looking for transferable sales skills to become an elite BDR/SDR SaaS professional. The backgrounds of current high-performers include ex-recruiters, estate agents, car sales executives, and home improvement salespeople. What you do need:

  • A proven background in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Resilience, high energy, and a passionate desire to overachieve.
  • The work ethic to hit the ground running: making 30 fully researched outbound calls and aiming for 2 closed deals a day.
