Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Rotator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Castle Bromwich on a temp-to-permanent basis.
The Role
You will be operating a Counterbalance Forklift with Rotator , supporting the day-to-day movement and handling of materials within the site. The successful candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable and confident operating a counterbalance forklift in a busy working environment.
Working Hours
The current working hours are:
- 07:00 – 15:00
These hours will shortly change to either:
- AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
Please note: Candidates must be flexible, as you may be allocated to either the AM or PM shift depending on operational requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence/certification
- Experience operating a forklift with a rotator attachment preferred
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Flexible approach to working shifts
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
