We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our International Logistics team within a busy and supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Business Administration Apprentice , you'll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the transportation of international shipments and ensuring goods move efficiently through the import and export process.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll develop a strong understanding of logistics, customs compliance, administration, and customer service while building skills that will support a long-term career within the business.

You will learn how to:

• Support international shipments, bookings and customs processes
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues by phone and email
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records
• Track deliveries and provide shipment updates
• Use company systems to process orders and create shipping documents
• Work with warehouse, logistics and sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into roles within Logistics, Customs Compliance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

About the Apprenticeship

• Apprenticeship in Business Administration level 3
• Duration: typically 18 months
• Study and coursework completed during working hours
• Ongoing support from a training provider and your manager
• Opportunity to gain practical experience within an international business environment

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in business administration, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret and understand written information and procedures
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths

No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a commitment to developing new skills.
