Salary: £28,288 - £44,304 | Full Time (40 hours/week)
Purpose of the Role
To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities
Plan, teach, and assess a range of subjects and learning to support students’ progression within KS1 and KS2.
Work as part of the team to deliver lessons, support positive behaviour, and to make students feel safe so that they can learn and achieve
Follow whole school systems to teaching and learning. We will support you with a full induction, we are a very supportive team
Support with report writing, help to expand our curriculum documents as part of a team, data collection, and clearly communicate with all stakeholders
Create engaging and safe learning environments
Requirements
A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
QTS/QTLS is a requirement
