Flexible working times available I'm currently working with a successful and growing organisation who are looking to appoint a talented Management Accountant to join their finance team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract, based in Weybridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys being more than just a numbers person - someone who wants to provide insight, improve processes, and work closely with stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities include: ✅ Producing accurate monthly management accounts and financial reporting
✅ Supporting month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and journals
✅ Providing analysis and commentary to support business decisions
✅ Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
✅ Partnering with auditors and professional advisors
✅ Improving reporting processes, systems and data quality
✅ Supporting commercial reporting and business intelligence initiatives We're looking for: * ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Strong management accounting experience
* Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS etc.)
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical ability
* Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is advantageous Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Location: Weybridge (hybrid working available)
