Registered Manager – 4 Bed EBD / LD Home West Midlands
Up to £65,000 (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to open and lead a brand-new 4-bed children’s home in the West Midlands, supporting young people with EBD or Learning Disabilities (LD).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, highly stable and growing organisation with a strong reputation and a genuine commitment to supporting their managers. About the Home

• Brand-new 4-bed children’s residential home
• Supporting young people with EBD or LD needs
• Opportunity to shape the culture, recruit your team, and lead from the front
• Strong operational and compliance support from Head Office

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting
• A track record of achieving at least “Good” with Ofsted in previous inspections
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding frameworks
• Full UK Driving Licence
